Audi showed off the Q4 Sportback e-tron Concept a couple of months ago, and today Carscoops has shared shots of a camouflaged production version of the model.
As the name suggests, the Q4 Sportback e-tron is a coupe-like variant of the standard Q4 e-tron. And the new product will differ from the base model by the presence of a different roof shape.
At the same time, the front of the concept repeats the standard Q4 e-tron. So, here you can see aggressive headlights with angular LED DRLs.
Visual changes will take place aft. The Q4 Sportback e-tron gets a subtle lip spoiler with a third brake light at the base of the rear window. It also features sharp taillights like the base Q4 e-tron, although it is possible that the Sportback e-tron will be equipped with an LED lightbar, like the previously unveiled Concept model.
The novelty will be built on the MEB platform. The Q4 Sportback e-tron Concept is powered by a 82 kWh lithium-ion battery that powers a single 201 hp electric motor on the rear axle. (310 Nm) and a second electric motor with 101 hp. (150 Nm). The total output of the power unit is 302 hp, which provides acceleration to 100 km / h in 6.3 seconds and a top speed of 180 km / h.
In addition, it was recently noted that the extended Audi A7 Sportback liftback for the Chinese market will become a sedan. It should be emphasized that the basis for the novelty was the VW Phideon, which is offered in China and is built on the architecture of the Audi A6L sedan.
