Sports version of the crossover Brilliance V7 with a motor from BMW debuts in AprilApril 2, 2019
Presentations are going to hold a presentation at the international automobile exhibition in Shanghai, which will open its doors this month.
Visitors to the Shanghai Motor Show, which starts in a couple of weeks, will be able to see many high-profile car premieres. One of them is the “sport” modification of the Chinese crossover Brilliance V7. Unfortunately, no more significant details. The SUV itself is based on the MX8 front-wheel drive platform, the creation of which was helped by experts from the German company BMW. Appearance Brilliance V7 turned out very original, but experts still saw the similarity of this model with the BMW X3.
Currently, a 204-strong 1.6-liter “turbo-car” is hidden under the cross’s hood. The “pumped-in” version of the SUV will be equipped with a BMW engine with a 1.8-liter displacement and 231 hp recoil. The transmission is a six-step manual or a seven-step robot transmission. Also, buyers are offered a choice of five-or seven-seater cabin architecture.
The cost of the “classic” Brilliance V7 on the home market starts from 108,700 yuan. The list of available options includes climate and cruise control, heated seats, a panoramic roof, modern multimedia with a vertical touchscreen, monitoring systems for “blind” zones and preventing frontal collisions, and much more.
