Skoda has published a design sketch of a serial coupe-crossover called the Kamiq GT. The novelty, which will premiere on November 4, will be primarily intended for the Chinese market.
Recall, at the moment, Skoda produces two different crossovers with the name Kamiq: one for Europe and the other for China. In the first case, the model is built on the MQB modular platform, while the car for China is based on the PQ25 chassis from the current Rapid.
Judging by the images, the serial Kamiq GT crossover will not differ much from its prototype of the same name shown in June this year. In particular, the front of the car will resemble the new Scala hatchback. The overall length of the cross-coupe will be 4,409 mm, and the size of the wheelbase will be 2,610 millimeters.
According to preliminary data, the Skoda Kamiq GT will be equipped with a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated gas engine producing 110 liters. from. and 146 Nm of torque. It is possible that the model will also have a modification with a turbocharged engine with a working volume of 1.2 liters, issuing 116 forces and 175 Newton meters.
