During 2017 a Czech company Skoda Auto is going to present a number of new products, including new liftbek Skoda Rapid.
During restyling popular car Skoda Rapid received a modest redesign of the exterior is not as radical as the Octavia. Most likely, the manufacturer change limited to the front and rear bumpers, grille, rear marker lights, and adding new wheels.
In addition, the new Skoda Rapid liftback will get new options and a little convertible saloon. It is possible that the range of engines will include updates to the engine 1.0 TSI, already known from other models of German concern Volkswagen.
Despite being lighter, the new Yeti will also be larger and offer a more spacious cabin. Design-wise, it is expected to retain its boxy design up to a point, as it will also gain some styling cues from the larger Kodiaq.
Apart from the new Yeti, Skoda will also launch a facelifted version of the Euro-spec Rapid and Rapid Spaceback and, allegedly, an even more powerful version of the Octavia RS with an extra 15 PS on top of the facelifted model, for a total of 245 PS (242 HP), and an electronically controlled front differential lock as standard.
