Skoda announced the premiere of the fastest KodiaqAugust 23, 2018
The company Skoda has published the first teaser images of the “charged” crossover Kodiaq RS. As stated in the message of the Czech brand, the official premiere of the car will be held at the motor show in Paris in October this year. In the pictures you can see the RS logo of a new sample and the car’s LED optics.
The car will be available in seven- and five-seater versions. Sports crossover will be equipped with a 2.0-liter BiTDI gasoline engine. The unit’s capacity is 239 hp. The engine will work in conjunction with a robotic gearbox with two clutches and four-wheel drive.
The dynamic characteristics of the novelty are not yet called. According to preliminary data, the car will be able to accelerate from place to 100 km / h in approximately 6.5 seconds, and its maximum speed will be 230 km per hour.
Earlier, Skoda Kodiaq RS became the fastest seven-seat Nürburgring crossover. Charged modification of the car was able to drive a circle on the “Nordschleife” for 9: 29.84 minutes. The crossover of the Czech brand was piloted by the German racer Sabina Schmitz.
