Selling of electric Mercedes-Benz EQV began in EuropeMay 27, 2020
In Europe, on Wednesday, May 27, the Mercedes-Benz EQV electric minivan introduced in 2019 appeared on sale. The cost of the model in Germany starts from 71 388 euros
Currently, only the long-wheelbase version of the minivan under the name EQV 300 is available, the standard version will appear later. The car has a lithium-ion battery at 90 kW / h, which provides a range of 418 km.
The electric motor power of the machine is 201 hp. and 362 Nm of torque. This electric motor allows the minivan to accelerate to 140 km / h as much as possible, at the same time, for a surcharge, the maximum speed can be increased to 160 km / h.
EQV received a built-in charger with water-cooled alternating current (OBL) power of 11 kW, which makes it possible to charge it at home or at public charging stations. Using fast charging at 110 kW, the energy of a car from 10% to 80% can be replenished in just 45 minutes.
Thanks to the flexible installation of individual seats, the minivan can offer various seat configurations for 6, 7 or 8 passengers. As noted in the company, the weight of the EQV is 3,500 kg.
Like the V-Class and Vito models, EQV will be produced at the German brand in Vitoria, Spain.
In addition, it was recently noted that Mercedes-Benz first showed the EQS model in the photo. A similar machine will become an electric variation of the S-Class.
