Seen coupe Lexus RC F Track EditionDecember 7, 2018
A very powerful version of the Japanese coupe Lexus RC will be presented at the car showroom in Detroit (USA). The new performance was called RC F Track Edition.
A new performance of the Japanese coupe Lexus RC F Track Edition will be presented at the Detroit Motor Show (January 2019). As understood from the name of this car, an extremely powerful version of the model is designed for use on the racetrack.
Unfortunately, at the moment very little is known about this new product – representatives of the brand flatly refuse to give any comments on this issue.
But we have several “spy” pictures of this car, which were made just yesterday. Although the car is covered with camouflage film, we can see that the novelty will be very aggressive. A test prototype of the Lexus RC F Track Edition was seen at the Nürburgring race track.
Note the carbon fiber hood, which has a relatively small vent in the center. The revised front end received a revised bumper, with larger air intakes in the corner. The Japanese coupe received a lowered suspension and huge rims. In the rear of the high-performance car is a big spoiler.
The ventilated hood and large air intakes tell us that the coupe can get an upgraded version of the 5.0-liter V8 engine. Its power in the current version of the RC F is 467 horsepower (527 Nm of torque).
