Seen all-terrain version of the new Audi A1October 17, 2018
A brand new (second in line) generation of the Audi A1 compact hatchback has already been introduced. The car has become longer, looks better, and now it is more powerful than its predecessor. It is known that the most productive version of the model received a 201-horsepower engine. A “charged” modification of the hatchback with an S1 index will be able to boast 250 hp
Spy photos of the new version of the Audi A1 appeared in our editorial a couple of hours ago. Journalists got off-road version of the A1 Allroad. Note that earlier for this model was not presented a similar performance. The prototype of the novelty was seen at the Nurburgring (Germany).
Audi A1 Allroad received increased ground clearance. Through camouflage, you can see the revised false radiator grille, wider wheel arches, and slightly modified body panels. New look and wheels.
The protective lining on the bumpers, side “skirts” are closed from prying eyes. It is possible that the German novelty can get a proprietary all-wheel drive system. But the engine is likely to be moved from the standard version of the car – we are talking about a 1.4-liter 4-cylinder turbocharged engine.
The new Audi A1 debuted a few months ago in Paris, so we don’t know exactly when the A1 Allroad will be presented to us. You can expect this event either at the end of the year or at the beginning of 2019.
