A more extreme version of crossover SEAT Ateca X-Perience revealed a few days before its public debut at the Paris Motor Show. Actually, positioned as a concept ready for production will be shown for the sole purpose – to assess the reaction of the public before deciding whether it should be run in production.
Compared to the standard car, the design of the new version is more radical, even more than you can imagine, with patch silver plates on front and rear, also more massive overlays on bumpers and side sills. There are unique alloy wheels and a special off-road tires. In addition, offer a special scratch-resistant paint for the bodywork, mudguards and chrome roof rails.
According to the manufacturer, Ateca X-Perience can “surpass any travel restrictions”, overcoming “the most adventurous off-road situation.” The new concept has received six drive modes, including snow and off-road, and complex Haldex all-wheel drive system and the care system in the downhill Hill Descent Control.
Inside SEAT dominated “earthy“ colors with orange contrasting seams on the steering wheel, seats and gear lever cover. Sports seats upholstered in leather and suede, feature the logos of X-Perience, a media screen is eight inches with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto finishes elitist view of interior.

Under the hood, the manufacturer installed the most powerful 187-hp 2.0-liter TDI engine and seven-speed automatic DSG gearbox. All-wheel drive system is standard, as well as traction control system XDS.
Of course, the fate of Ateca X-Perience we do not know even at the Paris Motor Show, but given the current trend of the popularity of crossovers and SUVs, the production model is very likely.
