Sales of the electric crossover Chevrolet Menlo startedFebruary 17, 2020
An environmentally friendly SUV debuted in November 2019 at the Guangzhou Motor Show. Now, General Motors has launched official sales of new items.
Electrocross Chevrolet Menlo became available for purchase. According to specialized media, the first commodity cars will fall into the hands of buyers on February 20. The electric car owes its spectacular appearance to the futuristic Chevrolet FNR-X concept car. The novelty surprises with narrow head optics on LEDs, spectacular plastic inserts on the front bumper, similar to racing splitters, as well as dimensional wheel arch extensions and an off-road body kit around the entire perimeter of the body.
Inside the car there is a 2-zone climate control, digital dashboard, advanced multimedia with a nine-inch touch screen, as well as comfortable seats with combined trim and a front panel decorated with carbon inserts.
The performance of the Chevrolet Menlo is responsible for the electric power plant, which included a 150-horsepower engine and a set of highly efficient batteries. On one charge, such an electrocross will travel about 410 kilometers. The developers awarded Menlo 18-centimeter ground clearance, which helps him confidently cope with light off-road conditions. The production of new items is the factory SAIC-GM in Chinese Pudong. The cost of new items in the “heavenly” car dealerships starts at 159,800 yuan.
