SAIC showed the new electric car Roewe R-AuraMay 1, 2020
Images of the all-electric Roewe R-Aura Concept appeared outside of China, showing the model in full.
Introduced earlier this month, the R-Aura concept was developed by Roewe’s newly created all-electric sub-brand Rewe. The company intends to launch many medium and high-class electric vehicles in the coming years.
Visually, the R-Aura concept looks pretty attractive. On the front panel is a pair of thin LED headlights connected by a light strip. There are also additional LED daytime running lights just above the front air intakes, as well as a luminous R emblem and R-Aura Concept lettering at the base of the bumper.
If you look at the novelty from the side, it can be noted that this is a four-door sedan with a sloping roof line that looks good, but probably affects the amount of space in the passenger compartment for the rear passengers. Some of the key features include a center face recognition camera. Also of interest are the large wheels, which actually have spokes with thin LED elements.
The back of the electric car has thin LED lights, as well as a number of additional lights on the bumper. R-Aura Concept also received a roof with solar panels.
Not a single image was released showing the concept of the interior, but looking at one of the external images, we see that in the center of the dashboard there will be a large infotainment screen. The Roewe R-Auro concept will be fully unveiled on May 10th.
