Roland Gumpert seeks investment to launch Nathalie distillery productionJune 20, 2020
The Roland Gumpert brand is looking for investments to launch the production of the Nathalie supercar.
Recall that the car debuted at the Geneva auto show last year. Nathalie’s uniqueness lies in the presence of a power unit with a 15-kilowatt block of methanol fuel cells, which produces hydrogen from methanol and converts it into electricity.
The performance of the power unit is 536 hp. The car will be able to accelerate to 100 km / h in 2.5 seconds and accelerate as much as possible to 300 km / h.
“We are experiencing financial difficulties, so we are looking for investments to bring our unique technology to life. Its advantages are a large power reserve, short refueling and simple infrastructure. Thanks to methanol fuel cells, we were able to develop the concept of safe energy derived from hydrogen, ”quoted Roland Gumpert, brand leaders, agency Autocar.
It is worth noting that Roland Gumpert developed Nathalie along with Chinese startup Aiways. The cost of the “alcoholic” supercar has already been announced – 407,000 euros.
In addition, it was recently noted that Maserati published a photo of its new MC20 supercar. The car should be shown in September this year.
