Croatian company Rimac is actively developing electric power plants in collaboration with global brands. In addition, she is known for developing her own supercars. The first C_Two model is already preparing for launch, which the company officially confirmed, and showed fresh photos of the prototype.
At the moment, the supercar is undergoing various tests in research centers around the world. Photos were taken at the Nardò Technical Center in Italy. According to company representatives, the electric supercar also goes through the final stages of refinement of the body, supporting structure, electrical installation, as well as software.
Four electric motors with a total capacity of up to 1,115 horsepower and 2,300 Nm of torque will be used as a power unit. A battery of 130 kW * hours will be used to power the unit. Estimated acceleration to 100 kph will take 1.85 seconds. The maximum speed will be limited to 412 km / h. Moreover, the power reserve will be 550 km.
The production version will be released in a very limited edition of 150 copies. The cost of the basic version will start from $ 2.4 million. A public demonstration of the serial Rimac C_Two will be presented at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2020.
