Rezvani presented a powerful armored car Hercules 6×6November 11, 2020
The “God of all trucks”, according to the manufacturer, the armored pickup Rezvani Hercules 6×6, debuts with a base price of 225 thousand dollars and an optional supercharged V8 engine with a capacity of 1300+ hp.
The Jeep Gladiator-based model appears to follow in the footsteps of the Rezvani Tank, but has a 2,438mm cargo bed and four rear wheels. The truck features a roof-mounted LED strip, a unique rear and sculpted metal sports panels that are available in a variety of finishes including bronze. Other features include wheels wrapped in 37-inch off-road tires.
While the exterior is quite interesting, the interior is nothing more than a luxury Jeep. At the same time, the Hercules 6 x 6 received an additional Alpine infotainment system with a 9-inch display with Apple CarPlay support. Customers can also order the Napa Leather package, which includes premium leather seats and suede headliners.
The engine range is represented by a variety of engine options, including the familiar 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 with 285 hp. and 353 Nm of torque, as well as a 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V6, which produces 260 hp. and 600 Nm of torque. For exotic lovers, a 6.4-liter HEMI V8 with 500 hp is available. If that’s not enough, the company will offer a “heavily redesigned” version of the 6.2-liter supercharged V8 powered by the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon.
According to Rezvani, the engine was bored to 7.0 liters and then equipped with new pistons, a camshaft and a forged crank. Thanks to these changes, the supercharged V8 will reportedly produce over 1,300 hp. and 1341 Nm of torque.
The first three engines will be offered with an 8-speed automatic or 6-speed manual transmission. However, the supercharged 7.0-liter V8 is only available with an 8-speed automatic from the Ram 1500 TRX. Regardless of which transmission is chosen, they all come with a six-wheel drive system upon request. This allows owners to switch between 6x 2, 6×4 and 6×6 drives. The Hercules 6c6 is equipped with Fox racing suspension and Dana 60 axles.
If the standard model isn’t fun enough, there’s the Military Edition, which features Kevlar armor, bulletproof glass, flat tires, a self-sealing fuel tank, explosion and EMI underbody protection. The model also features ram bumpers, reinforced suspension, electrified door handles, a smoke screen system, as well as a thermal imaging night vision system, intercom, gas masks and “blinding” lights that limit the visibility of potential attackers. Prices start at $ 225,000 and go up to $ 325,000 for the Military Edition.
