The new SUV will be built on the basis of the “charged” Jaguar F-Pace SVR and will be equipped with a 670-horsepower motor
The revived British company Lister Cars, known for its racing cars for Le Mans, decided to release the fastest crossover in the world. The novelty will be built on the basis of the “charged” Jaguar F-Pace SVR. The car will most likely be called Lightning. At the moment, the British have already published the first teaser inscription of the car.
According to Autocar, the power of the crossover will be about 670 hp. In total, 250 such cars are to be built. The main competitor of the novelty is Lamborghini Urus.
As for the standard version of the Jaguar F-Pace SVR, this car is equipped with a 5.0-liter petrol engine V8. The power of the unit is 550 horsepower. With this engine, acceleration to 100 km / h in a crossover takes 4.1 seconds. In this indicator, the new product outperforms the Porsche Macan Turbo, but is inferior to the Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 S and Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio.
The maximum speed of the charged F-Pace is 283 km / h. Thus, the novelty became the fastest crossover of the brand, despite the weight of 2070 kg.
