Renault introduced the updated electric hatchback ZoeJune 17, 2019
The French novelty with zero emissions received an increased battery of 52 kWh, as well as more advanced safety technologies and driver assistance.
Electric Renault Zoe exists in the automotive market for about seven years, so for the model it is time to move on to a new generation. Yes, yes, a couple of minutes ago, the press service of the French automaker published information about its new product.
It is noteworthy that if judged only by the appearance of the car … or rather electric car, some may be tempted to say that it is rather the same generation that was presented a long time ago.
But in fact, the city car with zero emissions has undergone many changes to compete on equal terms with other French electric cars Peugeot E-208, as well as the German Opel Corsa.
Thanks to the increased battery (52 kWh), the renewed French electric hatchback Renault Zoe can travel up to 390 kilometers without recharging according to the WLTP standard (worldwide harmonized test procedure for light-duty vehicles). In a published press release, it is separately noted that this figure is 20 percent more than before.
I must say that when the Renault Zoe was only introduced, it was equipped with a 22 kWh battery, shown a couple of years ago by Zoe Z. E. 40 it could already boast 41 kWh. That version of the environmentally friendly model, which was presented a couple of minutes ago, has the designation Zoe Z. E. 50.
