Rare hyperkar Zenvo surprises with its dancing rear wing

In March this year, we published news about the new Danish hypercar Zenvo TSR-S, the main highlight of which was the active rear fender. This car has already been seen on the narrow streets of Monaco, but at a miserable speed its active aerodynamics does not work.

However, recently one of the copies of the TSR-S reached the racing track, and the motor racing fans gathered on the track could personally see how the exclusive aerodynamics of the car works. It looks creepy in appearance, and sometimes it seems that the wing can be broken by an air stream, but the Danes assure that the mechanism works reliably.

According to Zenvo, the patented wing can generate three times as much clamping force as a conventional aperture, which is installed on the TS1 GT, and in the tilted state, the clamping force in turns is increased by 30%.

In the electronics of the 5.8-liter engine (by the way, not turbines, but compressors are used), three firmware are flooded: Minimum (at 710 hp), IQ (automatic adjustment of power level depending on road conditions), and Maximum (all 1193 hp). In the third mode, the acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h is 2.8 seconds, up to 200 kilometers per hour the car accelerates approximately for the same amount of time for which the Formula 1 cars are accelerated in 6.8 seconds, and the maximum speed is limited by electronics at 325 km / hour just in order not to disable aerodynamics of the car.

It should be noted that Zenvo is going to produce no more than five copies of TSR-S per year.

Earlier we reported that the hypercar Pininfarina will be released in 2020.
