Ram announced the debut date of the most powerful pickup truck Ram Rebel TRXAugust 12, 2020
The American automaker is carefully hiding details about the upcoming premiere. It is only known that the novelty will appear before the public next week. In the meantime, the Americans are stirring up the interest of fans with “fresh” teasers.
The Ram Rebel TRX pickup with a powerful engine will be presented on August 17th. The brand announced this with the help of another video teaser.
The presentation “short” shows how the new pickup copes with difficult road conditions. These visuals help the Ram to showcase the pickup’s excellent off-road capabilities as well as its performance. As a soundtrack, it was decided to put the roar of the pickup engine. It turned out atmospheric.
The second teaser released by the American automaker shows the pickup with an additional headlight section and a striking sports dashboard. On prototypes, which came across photo spies, such details were not noticed. However, they were present at the 2016 Ram Rebel TRX concept car. Now experts are wondering whether this equipment will appear on the regular list or will become an accessory.
Thanks to foreign photo spies, we know that the powerful Rebel TRX will receive large off-road tires, oversized wheel arches and an aggressive grille. Also, the pickup is tipped with a special off-road suspension with high ground clearance and improved shock absorbers. The interior of the car will accommodate seats with leather trim and embroidered TRX lettering.
The pickup will be powered by a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 producing 707 hp. and 875 Nm of torque.
In the meantime, the Americans created the Endurance electric pickup without the classic transmission. The prototype was declassified by the developers back in July. Now the electric car was shown in dynamics. Specialists of the Lordstown Motors firm worked on an unusual car.
