Published photos of the interior of electric cars Baojun E300 and E300 PlusApril 11, 2020
These models were developed by the joint venture SAIC-GM-Wuling.
On Saturday, April 11, Baojun shared the first images of the interior of its E300 and E300 Plus models. Contrary to assumptions, the car may have three or even four seats. This is done through the use of space in the luggage compartment. The electric car turned out to be very compact – its length is only 2 625 mm with a wheelbase of 1 750 mm. Width reaches 1,647 mm, height – 1,588 mm.
At the same time, Baojun keeps secret information about the E300 Plus model. However, from the photographs of the cabin, it can be concluded that the wheelbase of the E300 Plus will be significantly larger. We highlight a very interesting solution – Baojun decided to combine the multimedia system and the instrument panel into one screen and placed it behind the steering wheel.
According to reputable Chinese publications, the E300 will be equipped with an electric motor with a return of 39 hp. The power of the E300 Plus model should reach 55 hp.
But the range of new products has been officially confirmed – for the E300 this figure will be 260 km, and the E300 Plus will be able to travel 305 km without recharging. These numbers are very good for cars that are considered urban. In many ways, the increased power reserve was achieved through the use of small wheels with a diameter of 12 inches.
