Italian auction house Aste Bolaffi will put up for auction in Milan, more than 50 classic and collection cars. Among them – the prototype Bertone Nuccio, existing in a single copy, built in honor of the 100th anniversary of the famous body studio. For the car plans to raise 280-320 thousand euros – six times less than the initial price.
Public debut Bertone Nuccio was held at the Geneva Motor Show in 2012. The mid-engine sports car, made in the style of prototypes of the firm of the 70s, is built on the basis of the Ferrari F430 and is equipped with a 4.3-liter V8 engine with a capacity of 480 horsepower.
According to the chief designer of Bertone Mike Robinson, when creating Nuccio, he was looking for inspiration in the legendary Lancia Stratos Zero. The construction of the car took 15 thousand hours, and its cost at the time of the debut was two million euros.
In March, the auction house Sotheby’s announced the sale of the concept car Ferrari 328 GTS Conciso, built by the German design studio Bernd Michalak Design Studio. Built on the chassis of the 1989 Ferrari 328 GTS, Conciso received a unique body and special compartments in the cabin for the storage of two helmets.
