Protesting owners of electric cars in Croatia blocked the usual gas stationDecember 12, 2019
Thus, the owners of environmentally friendly cars decided to teach the owners of cars with traditional ICEs, who made it a rule to park in places to charge electric cars.
The confrontation between electric cars and traditional cars continues not only at the global car market, but also in the everyday life of ordinary car owners. So, a couple of days ago on the page of the Tesla Motors Club Croatia group on Facebook a video report appeared from a protest rally organized in Croatian Zagreb by a local club of electric car owners. They were outraged by the behavior of owners of engines with ICE, who often throw their cars on the ground to charge electric vehicles. Owners of electric cars decided to pay them back with the same coin, paralyzing the work of a regular gas station.
About 10 electric cars of various brands and models took part in the protest. Electric Tesla, BMW, Nissan and Volkswagen stood at the gas station for about six minutes. This was enough to line them up with cars with traditional engines. It didn’t come to an open conflict, and the protesters themselves managed to leave before the police arrived.
Owners of electric cars blocked the gas station in order to draw public attention to the “green” cars, which are becoming an important part of road traffic.
