Prices for the updated minivan Honda Odyssey 2021 became knownJuly 29, 2020
The restyled version of the Japanese minivan will go on sale on August 3. 2021 Honda Odyssey will rise in price by an average of $400
The 2021 Honda Odyssey minivan will arrive at showrooms on August 3. Judging by the official price list for the Japanese minivan, it will be slightly more expensive than its predecessor. The new base price of $ 31,790 is $ 1,000 more than the previous base (the 2020 minivan).
While the base 2020 Odyssey LX featured simple halogen headlights, all trims on the 2021 model will get standard LED lighting and Honda Sensing Active Safety and Driver Assistance technology. These LED bulbs are also a new addition to the EX and EX-L trims (which are already standard on Honda Sensing). Thus, prices for these Honda Odyssey models will rise by just $ 400, to $ 35,190 for the EX trim and $ 38,460 for the EX-L trim. The Odyssey Touring 2021 is priced at $ 42,500, up $ 2,560 less compared to the 2020 version, while the Odyssey Elite is now priced at $ 47,820.
Honda Sensing is now standard on every Odyssey trim.
In addition, the complex has received an improved sensor that adds pedestrian detection to the forward collision monitoring system and the automatic emergency braking system. Traffic Sign Recognition is another new addition to the suite of active safety features, which also include lane departure warning, lane departure assistance and road departure prevention.
The Japanese minivan Honda Odyssey will be powered by the same 3.5-liter V6 that works with a 10-speed automatic transmission. The motor is rated for 280 horsepower and 355 Nm of torque, which will be transmitted to the front wheels.
Not so long ago, we wrote that future Honda models will receive the Trailsport off-road performance. Representatives of the Japanese automaker registered the Trailsport trade name. It is expected to be the name of a new version of the company’s crossover and pickup models that will be better prepared for off-road driving.
