Prices for electric Opel Vivaro-e announcedJuly 18, 2020
Prices for the new Opel Vivaro-e electric van have been announced in the UK.
The basic cargo version of the Opel Vivaro-e van with a short wheelbase is estimated by the manufacturer at 28 361 pounds sterling. The passenger version in the maximum configuration with a long wheelbase will cost as early as £ 39,811. Both prices are inclusive of a £ 8,000 government grant for the purchase of an electric vehicle.
The basic version of the van will be equipped with a 50 kWh battery, fog lights, rear parking sensors, electric and heated rear-view mirrors, cruise control and a hill start assist system. In addition, customers will receive a multimedia system with a 7-inch touch screen and a number of other functions.
The maximum version of the Elite will feature a 75 kWh battery, 17-inch wheels, metallic paintwork, LED DRLs, lane-keeping assist, semi-adaptive cruise control and a panoramic rear-view camera.
Recall that the Opel Vivaro-e is equipped with the same power plant as the Opel Corsa-e and Peugeot e-208, namely one 134 hp electric motor. and 260 Nm of torque. The range from the standard battery is 230 kilometers, and from the extended battery – 330 kilometers. When using a 100-watt charger, the battery charges to 80% in 30 minutes.
