Presented charged version of the crossover Lamborghini Urus PerformanteJune 2, 2019
Artists presented their vision of how a more powerful version of the Italian crossover might look. The novelty should be presented in two years.
We first heard rumors about the plans of the Italian brand Lamborghini to present a high-performance version of its Urus crossover earlier this month, but there were very few details. According to Johnny Lieberman from the foreign edition of Motor Trend, the super-crossover, tentatively called Urus Performante, debuts two years later with more power, reduced weight and aerodynamic improvements.
As is often the case in the automotive world, there are many people who do not want to wait for automakers. They themselves begin to create their own visualization of the long-awaited new products.
So this time there were talented artists who fantasized about this topic. They presented a “charged” crossover Lamborghini Urus Performante.
Obviously, most visual changes will be focused in front, where this renderer contains a completely revised front bumper with massive air intakes and a large diffuser. On the side there are new and more aggressive “skirts”, and just above them is a wide stripe with the Italian flag. Wheel arches have become more powerful, there is also a set of larger wheels with Y-shaped spokes. Wheels “wrapped” in high-quality tires Michelin. Rear mounted new fixed spoiler.
With regard to mechanical improvements, it is rumored that the Urus crossover will not use a hybrid engine and will rely on the traditional internal combustion engine with a large working volume. Currently, the crossover is equipped with a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8, with a capacity of 641 hp. (850 Nm) in combination with an 8-step “automatic”. This is already impressive performance, and we are looking forward to what Urus Performante can boast of.
