Presented an exclusive version of the McLaren GT supercar from the studio MSOMarch 3, 2020
The court atelier McLaren Special Operations introduced a special performance of the GT supercar. The car received a modified appearance.
McLaren Special Operations, which is a division of the British brand engaged in the creation of exclusive versions of McLaren, announced the release of a new version of the GT supercar. The novelty was called Verdant Theme. The exterior is painted in three shades of green, which the company calls Horsell Green, Arbor and Steppe Green. Some parts of the interior have cashmere upholstery.
The color scheme of the new GT Verdant Theme is dark green in front and sides. The color changes with a gradient to a brighter emerald hue on the wings, upper side sills and lower part of the front bumper.
The neon shade of Napier Green adds style to the lower edges of the car and brake calipers. Due to the complex process of creating the paintwork of a supercar body, MSO specialists need 430 hours to create such a complex color combination. For contrast, the rims got a glossy finish.
Interior elements are finished with gray-gray cashmere – the center of the seats, door panels, the lower part of the dashboard, sun visors and the upper part of the center console. On the sides of the chair is green leather with a bright edging. The MSO nameplate is engraved on the gas pedal.
Specialists from MSO did not begin to change the technical component of the GT supercar. Under the hood, as before, there is a 4.0-liter V8 engine with two turbines, providing 620 horsepower and 630 Nm of torque. The automaker reports that the sports coupe can reach speeds of 100 km / h in 3.2 seconds.
