Experts from the German studio Posaidon demonstrated a modernized version of the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S 4Matic +. The tuners named their project Posaidon GT 63 RS 830+.
The AMG GT 63 S 4Matic + is equipped as standard with a 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbo engine with 639 hp, making it the most powerful and fastest car in its segment. But the German tuners decided to go further and improved the engine performance by installing new turbochargers, as well as modernizing the intake system and intercooler.
Along with this, the specialists optimized and enlarged the inlet and outlet holes, added water / methanol injection, and also equipped the car with a new exhaust system. The tuners have also reprogrammed the electronic engine control unit, and now it develops 940 hp.
It is noted that the GT 63 RS 830+ accelerates to the first “hundred” in 2.8 seconds and accelerates to a maximum of 350 km / h. According to Posaidon, the new set of improvements will only be offered outside Germany.
