Porsche Taycan hasn’t debuted yet. They bought it a year in advanceDecember 11, 2018
Next year sales of the first electric vehicle from Porsche, the Taycan model, should begin. The model is really interesting, and experts are already forecasting an excessive demand, although the model is not yet represented.
There is still a lot of time before the presentation of Porsche Taycan, and now fans of the company and electric vehicles are looking for crumbs of information. According to experts, the car has already received excessive demand. As part of the recent Los Angeles Auto Show, Porsche North America chief executive Klaus Zoellmer said the company was “abandoned” with pre-orders for an all-electric sedan.
Unfortunately, the date of the presentation is unknown, and the exact number of pre-orders is not reported. But it was added that if all pre-orders are executed, then the circulation for the first year of production is completely sold out. Moreover, earlier in Porsche reported intention to produce up to 20,000 Taycan per year.
It is worth noting that the Audi e-Tron crossover, and later the e-Tron GT sedan, will initially enter the market. And all the cars will be built on a single electric platform from the VAG group. However, the company is not afraid of competition – electric cars Porsche and Audi will get a completely different character.
