According to the head of Porsche Oliver Blum, he is delighted with the Taycan, which the top manager was able to test at the landfill in the Swedish Arjeplog. Due to the high demand, Porsche is considering the issue of increasing the planned production volume.
From Blum it became known that the Taycan will be offered in two versions with batteries of different capacities. First, the eldest modification will enter the market. The price of the model with less capacious batteries will be about 100 thousand euros.
Cross Turismo electric cross-station wagon will also be built on the basis of Porsche Taycan – its mass production will begin in the early 2020s. The next electric model of the brand will be the battery Macan. By 2025, the Porsche line is expected to be 50 percent electrified.
