Porsche is testing a new version of the sports coupe 911 TurboFebruary 5, 2020
Journalists published photos with the prototype of the updated next-generation Porsche 911 Turbo. Presentation of new items is scheduled for this spring.
The next generation of the German sports coupe Porsche 911 Turbo will be presented this spring. Now we have received a “fresh” batch of spy photos from the testing of new items. With the exception of a few pieces of black tape still hiding some details of the rear light, the prototype of the car did not receive any camouflage.
Over the past months, we have seen many photos and videos with test samples of the Porsche 911 Turbo 2021 model year.
I must say that the stylish appearance of the novelty certainly meets all expectations. Under the hood of the car will be an in-line 3.0-liter six-cylinder turbo engine with a capacity of 600 horsepower. It is reported that already as standard, the novelty will receive a steering system with all four wheels, as well as an eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
The Porsche 911 sports coupe in the Turbo version will be able to boast of an updated front and rear bumper. It is worth noting that the entire front of the car is equipped with a Porsche active aerodynamics system. At higher speeds, the front lip spoiler will unfold, and the rear wing will also rise.
The car will have massive brakes, which, apparently, are taken directly from the Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid hybrid fastback. They will be hidden behind massive 20-inch discs in front, 21-inch rear. The Turbo 911 should also become wider than its predecessor. Also unconfirmed is the acceleration time from 0 to 100 km / h, which will be equal to 2.5 seconds.
