Porsche Introduces Taycan’s First Electric ModelSeptember 2, 2019
The new visualization kit for the first Porsche Taycan electric model gives you a better idea of what to expect when the model finally goes into production.
Published photos of different body colors to preview the car. At the most recent public appearances of test cars, they wore a rather small camouflage tape, most of which covered headlights and taillights. Porsche is about to unveil a production version of the Taycan next week, September 4th.
The model ready for the exhibition will have a set of LED headlights similar to those used in the Mission E Cross Turismo concept, and at the back it will be equipped with lights in the form of an LED strip extending across the width of the car. The automaker has already released interior photos. In front is a chic dashboard dotted with displays, to be precise – four.
For the driver, a curved 16.8-inch display under the glass, which can be adjusted in four different ways. The main multimedia display is 10.9 inches in size. The front passenger also has a screen, while the HVAC is controlled by another display. The Taycan model will be offered with varying levels of power and battery capacity. The most powerful version will be at 700 hp. and 1000 Nm of torque.
