Porsche has released a 935 with a “naked” bodyJuly 1, 2019
Racing car Porsche 935 is painted at the factory in color Agate Gray, in addition to it, you can order the application of Martini livery. If such a scheme does not suit you, as an alternative, Porsche offers to completely abandon the paintwork.
The Porsche 935 car is based on the 911 GT2 RS 991.2 model, but, unlike it, it is not intended for public roads: the hardcore coupe is designed exclusively for club races and track days. The body shell is made of aluminum and steel, and all exterior panels are carbon fiber. Thanks to this, the car weighs only 1380 kilograms: even a passenger seat is an option here.
The rims are styled as the original “935th”, the tailpipes of the racing exhaust system are under the “908th”, and the mirrors are from the model 911 RSR. In the suspension set rigid ball joints, forged levers, reinforced thrust and shock absorbers with a three-stage adjustment. The power unit is a 3.8-liter bit turbo-brush from a 700-horsepower GT2 RS and a 7-step “robot” with additional cooling.
In the interior you can find a racing instrument panel with a large screen in the middle and a carbon fiber steering wheel. Despite the extremely spartan interior, the gear selector is decorated with wood, but of all the blessings of civilization there is only air conditioning. Refusing to paint on the body is a bold idea, but the result is impressive: look at how brutal the car looks! Porsche 935 will be released in just 77 copies worth nearly a million dollars each.
