Pickup Mercedes-Benz G-Class put up for auctionJuly 29, 2020
Auction house Gooding & Co sells a 2002 Mercedes-Benz G 500 pickup truck.
The alteration was carried out by the G-Mercedes studio from the USA, in particular, in the conversion process they resorted to using exclusively factory parts and components.
To accommodate a 2-row cab and a cargo platform on the same body, the tuners had to make the chassis of the car almost 80 cm longer. Moreover, to increase the body, the specialists used only original spare parts. As a result of the modernization, the G 500 received a body with a side opening door, a 51 mm high suspension, 16-inch wheels with Toyo M / T tires.
The truck has a 5-seater cabin layout. The seats are finished in gray leather, while the front seats are heated. The car, in particular, has got a sliding sunroof and an interior like the “donor”.
The main element was the overall rear window, which had a positive effect on visibility. Approximate price for a pickup – $ 120,000 – $ 140,000
In addition, it was previously noted that the Ford Mustang from Gone in 60 Seconds is being sold for $ 500,000. This is a Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 coupe. Ain Class Motors dealership is engaged in the implementation of this model. You will have to pay $ 500,000 for the car.
