Pickup GMC Canyon AT4 received a new versionNovember 17, 2020
The GMC Canyon AT4 pickup, which was presented in January of this year, has got a new variation called the Off-Road Performance Edition.
As noted by the manufacturer, the new version is based on the standard model and received black exhaust pipes, black AT4 badges and unique 17-inch wheels in glossy black shade, which are equipped with 31-inch Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac tires.
The Off-Road Performance Edition also features tubular steel sills and 4mm aluminum anti-skid plates that protect the radiator, front differential, steering and oil pan.
As for the technical part of the novelty, it has not yet been revealed. It is assumed that the new modification is equipped with a 308-horsepower (373 Nm) 3.6-liter V6 gasoline engine and an 181-horsepower (500 Nm) 2.8-liter turbodiesel. The Off-Road Performance Edition also features off-road-oriented suspension, AWD and an automatic rear differential lock.
Acceptance of orders for the new model will start before the end of this year, while its price at the moment remains unknown. But you can expect it to be more expensive than the standard Canyon AT4, which starts at $ 39,395.
In addition, the cost of the Rivian electric pickup has recently become known. It should be emphasized that, first of all, the “welcome” modification of the Launch Edition with the richest equipment should appear on the car market.
