Perhaps this is how the new Kia Forte / Cerato will look likeSeptember 23, 2020
A render has appeared on the Internet for the updated Kia Forte sedan, which in our country is better known as Cerato. The exterior of the novelty received some elements from the more premium K5 / Optima.
The arrival of the Kia K5 midsize sedan, formerly known as the Optima, has shown us what the brand’s future sedans will look like. It must be said that the K5 is a beautiful car with a modern design.
AtchaCars of Korea offers a look at the rendering of the updated Forte sedan, which is also known under the names K3 or Cerato. The virtual novelty has received some design elements from the more luxurious K5.
As expected, the K5’s styling suits the smaller Cerato very well.
Please note, however, that this is just the creation of independent designers who created this render using a graphics editor. We really think the Forte will look better with a sleeker profile than its current heavy-top design. But at first glance, this version of the novelty will look pretty nice.
There is not much information about the upcoming Forte. However, it should be updated in the very near future, since the current version of the model has been on the automotive market for the third year since its presentation at the Detroit Auto Show (USA).
We are also not sure if the Cerato will retain its name in the case of the new version of the model, or if it will adopt the alphanumeric designation, which is accepted in Korea, where the model is called K3. After all, its older brother, the Optima sedan, is now known as the K5.
We’ll find out more about this in the next year or so.
