Patented copy of Toyota Land Cruiser 200October 14, 2019
In the information base of the Chinese Patent Office, documents were published on the industrial copy of the Hengtian L4600 SUV, which is a copy of the Toyota Land Cruiser 200.
Hengtian L4600 is due to appear on the market in the near future, despite the fact that the debut shots of the concepts of an SUV were circulated back in 2016. The start of the production of the machine for unknown reasons was delayed, however, according to the latest information, dealers should get it in a couple of months.
Judging by the published images, by adjusting the side members and cross members of the frame, the location of the units, the suspension arm scheme, the car actually resembles a Land Cruiser 200.
Most likely, there is a difference in dimensions between the two SUVs, however, it is difficult to judge about it without exact numbers. Nevertheless, the difference between certain elements is still noticeable – the Chinese model has a unique fuel tank, and the exhaust pipes are different.
It was previously noted that the Hengtian L4600 was equipped with a chassis structure and a power body frame, like the Land Cruiser 200, at the same time, there were no obvious facts until the current period. The design of the exterior body panels of the Hengtian L4600 is original. And the radiator grill resembles the Prado model.
This car will receive a 4.6-liter gasoline engine with a capacity of 286 horsepower. Automatic transmission will function together with the engine (the exact number of speeds is not indicated). Cars will be offered in 5- and 7-seater interior design.
