800-horsepower Brabus E V12 was estimated at two-thirds cheaper than the original price

British dealer Hexagon Classics has put up for sale the fastest sedan in the world, which even hit the Guinness Book of Records. We are talking about the Brabus E V12, an infernal modification of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class (W212), produced in an amount of ten copies. Now asking for a car is 149,500 pounds, which is two-thirds below the original price.

Taking the fourth generation Mercedes-Benz sedan as a basis, Brabus specialists turned it into one of the most powerful and fastest cars on the planet. Under the hood, the four-door housed a 6.3-liter V12 with two turbochargers, which at its peak produced 800 horsepower and 1420 Nm of torque (on cars it was electronically limited to 1100 Nm). Traction to the rear axle was transmitted through a reinforced five-speed automatic transmission and a limited slip differential.[IP]&ua=[UA]&domain=[DOMAIN]&page=[PAGE]&secure=[SECURE]&language=[BROWSER_LANGUAGE]&bidfloor=[BIDFLOOR]&gdpr_consent=[GDPR_CONSENT]

One of the prototypes of the Brabus E V12, built on the basis of the W211 sedan, on the Nardo ring showed a record speed of 365.7 kilometers per hour. And for the commercial version, the passport “maximum speed” was declared at the level of 370 kilometers per hour.

At the same time, the E V12 reached the first 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds, and 200 kilometers per hour – in 9.9 seconds. The sedan did the exercise 0-300 kilometers per hour in 23.9 seconds.

The E-Class was fitted with a carbon fiber aerodynamic body kit that increased the width of the car by 36 millimeters, as well as 19-inch Monoblock Q wheels. The rear was covered with aerodynamic overlays.

Brabus built just ten of the E V12s and each cost almost half a million euros. The car for sale traveled only 6,599 kilometers and costs two-thirds less at £ 149,500

With all this, the Brabus E V12 is still one of the fastest in the lineup of the German studio. But even the limited SUV Brabus G-Class V12 900 surpasses it in power – it has 900 horsepower and 1200 Nm of torque.
