On the Nürburgring race track, prototypes of the new generation Toyota Yaris are spotted.July 8, 2019
Journalists captured prototypes of the next generation of Japanese compact car. According to the AutoExpress edition, the brand new Yaris will be presented in Japan at the upcoming Tokyo Auto Show in October 2019.
Back in April of this year, the Toyota Yaris test prototype was caught during a race at the Nürburgring in the unusual Gazoo Racing Masters of Nürburgring camouflage (GRMN), the Supra A90 sports coupe was wrapped with the same film. It seems that at that time, the Toyota Yaris was in its current form.
Some editions have published “spy” photos from test runs of the Japanese novelty – this time, two prototypes of Toyota Yaris rode along the Nürburgring race track.
It is reported that these are the next-generation Yaris samples of the next generation, one of which is a more powerful version called Sport, and the other is a plug-in hybrid version.
The sports edition of the Japanese auto received wider rims of the wings and a lower profile wheel rims. This prototype car is covered with Toyota GRMN camouflage film, which tells us that this is a high-performance version of the car. Another thing we noticed was the new gold discs, which were very different from the test mules seen earlier. It is hard not to notice the new grille, which has received enormous dimensions.
Also on the track observed hybrid performance Yaris next generation. The car received another black and white camouflage film, but what made us believe that this is a hybrid version is a yellow round sticker.
