On sale will appear Ferrari Enzo, which drove Michael SchumacherMarch 9, 2020
The British auction house Tom Hartley is going to put up for sale Ferrari Enzo, which in 2002 at a special event Ferrari Racing Days went Michael Schumacher. The supercar is in excellent condition: for 18 years, the car drove a total of 6458 km. The history of the lot was documented.
Although the future 7-time world champion drove Enzo to the Nurburgring in 2002, until 2004 the car was owned by Ferrari. In the hands of the first private owner of the car passed in 2004, and in 2014 he resold it to the UK. Here a couple of years, the Enzo model was part of a collection consisting of 5 hypercars of the Italian brand.
This Ferrari Enzo has a signature scarlet hue, but unlike other 399 supercars, it received a interior that was trimmed with red leather and carbon fiber inserts in it. This combination is traditional for early Enzo and recalls the predecessor of the model – Ferrari F40.
Ferrari Enzo has a 6.0 liter V12 engine with a capacity of 660 hp under the hood, which is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive system.
The initial cost of the Enzo model is not disclosed, however, given the history of the car, the condition and low mileage, the total lot amount may exceed $ 2.5 million.
