Officially presented the crossover Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe 2020March 20, 2019
World debut of the German news will be held next month at the auto show in New York.
Mercedes-Benz decided to publish all the data on the GLC Coupe 2020 crossover model year. Just a couple of weeks ago, a regular version of this model was presented at the Geneva Motor Show.
The world debut of the coupe-shaped crossover performance will be held at the New York Auto Show next month.
The appearance of the novelty was not a secret for us – just like the standard crossover, the new GLC Coupe 2020 received a slightly revised grille, new headlights and a revised front bumper design. At the rear of the car, a modified diffuser, corner tailpipes of the exhaust system, as well as updated tail lights appeared.
The differences are slightly more noticeable inside – but only slightly – just like on the GLC crossover shown in Geneva, its more sophisticated version received a new multifunction steering wheel, available in two versions. I will also note the 12.3-inch display dashboard and 10.25-inch screen infotainment system.
By the way, there are no more “pucks” on the center console – everything now works either using the controls on the steering wheel, the touch screen, using voice commands, or using gesture / movement recognition of the latest generation of the MBUX infotainment system.
The new GLC Coupe is in many ways similar to the previous model, with one notable exception. Buyers can now choose a revised 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that produces 255 horsepower and 370 Nm of torque. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h will be approximately 6 seconds.
Prices for the new GLC Coupe are not yet available, but Mercedes-Benz says the new product will go on sale in the US at the end of this year.
