Off-road vehicle Jeep Wrangler got a special version for severe off-roadFebruary 10, 2020
Mopar has demonstrated the limited edition Jeep Wrangler under the name JPP 20. The model has Jeep Performance Parts components and accessories, in particular, an elevator suspension kit, a winch, auxiliary lighting, and is designed for severe off-road use.
The Jeep Wrangler JPP 20 is based on the Wrangler 4-door version. Visually, the car is distinguished by the presence of a tubular door, new exterior mirrors, a fine-meshed soft roof and side sill protection from steel plates with Durabull polyurethane coating.
The Wrangler JPP 20 has auxiliary switches in the cabin for connecting attachments and a 240-apren alternator. An elevator suspension kit, LED “chandeliers” and 5 wheel options are offered. In the interior, upholstered in leather Katzkin Tuscany, it is worth noting the presence of the Uconnect infotainment complex with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
A limited-edition SUV can be ordered with any power unit: a “turbo four” (272 hp and 400 Nm) with a 2.0 liter eTorque hybrid system, a V6 3.0 EcoDiesel (264 hp and 599 Nm) and a gasoline V6 3.6 Pentastar (289 hp and 352 Nm). All engines operate in conjunction with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
The Wrangler JPP 20 will be limited to 2020 model years. Dealers will take orders in the second half, and debut cars will appear in the showroom in the summer. The price will be announced later. In America, the cost of a simple Wrangler starts at $ 28,295
