Nissan turned Patrol into a very cool GazelleOctober 25, 2018
The Japanese company introduced a new special version of the previous generation Patrol SUV, which is still sold in the Middle East.
Japanese companies are quite successful in selling “classic” generations of their SUVs in the Middle East. Nissan, for example, offers Patrol with a body Y61, which is considered the last “right” Patrol for jeepers.
Especially for this model, Nissan developed several versions, a couple of which received the prefix Gazelle in the name. The first version received 17-inch wheels with off-road tires, tinted optics and a large spoiler above the tailgate.
The Nissan Patrol Gazelle X version has much more serious preparation: there are power bumpers, King shock absorbers, engine compartment protection, an expeditionary trunk with a LED beam, and the car’s suspension is lifted to 100 mm.
Finally, the third special version was the Nissan Patrol Falcon. Technically, it is identical to Super Safari, but lost the winch. But there was an additional LED light, unpainted wheel arch extensions, chrome-plated body protection and exhaust system tips. The interior is trimmed in brown leather and has a fridge.
