Nissan has carried out a very modest update to its Tiida hatchback. Over its nine-year history, this model has gone through several modernizations, having received many options for execution. True, now many of them are forgotten. The manufacturer has breathed new life into Tiida for China.
The externally updated Nissan Tiida hatchback for the “heavenly” car market differs from its predecessor by the LED DRL strips in the bumper, which took the place of the round “foglights”. The brand also offered customers a two-tone body color, a similar design is also available for the interior.
Inside the car from the new – the media system, which acquired a touch screen, having lost the previous keys and volume knob. They also pumped it in terms of “filling”: now it interacts more actively with smartphones, supporting even remote access.
Of the options, the manufacturer added an automatic braking system.
Under the hood of the novelty is the previous 1.6-liter “aspirated”, giving out 122 hp. instead of 126 horses. The impact of the engine had to be reduced due to new eco-standards. In a pair of motors, you can choose a 5-speed manual transmission or CVT. The release of Nissan Tiida hatchbacks is a joint venture of Dongfeng Nissan.
Updated models will reach local dealers in the very near future. Their cost varies from 14,000 to 19,000 dollars
Meanwhile, the Nissan Magnite crossover was shown in the first official images. The manufacturer will introduce fans to the pre-production SUV on July 16th.
