Nissan officially unveils the new crossover Nissan X-TerraNovember 25, 2020
The Japanese automaker has just unveiled its new 2021 X-Terra SUV for the Middle East market, also known as the Terra in other markets. The SUV has been meticulously updated on the inside and out, although the overall shape has remained unchanged.
The Japanese crossover has undergone the usual restyling, but thorough. The front end now resembles that of the Patrol with a bold new V-shaped grille, sculpted bumper and new headlights with modern C-shaped DRLs.
Customers will be available in seven body colors, including bright brown and burgundy. Meanwhile, the interior is made of high quality materials in black and light gray.
On the interior front, the new Terra / X-Terra now offers best-in-class seating comfort, while acoustic glass on the windscreen and side windows helps prevent unwanted noise from entering.
There is also a completely redesigned instrument panel, finished with soft-touch materials. The top is flatter and the center console houses a 9-inch touchscreen display for the infotainment system. Also new are some of the SUV’s active safety features. Thus, the Platinum modification received a lane departure warning system, a warning about “blind spots”, an intelligent warning of a frontal collision, as well as a number of other options.
Like Navara, the Terra now features Nissan’s latest three-spoke steering wheel with USB-C and USB-A connectors for front and rear passengers.
