The presentation of the third generation of the Nissan Note hatchback will take place literally in a day. The company in every possible way protected the newest car from the ubiquitous photo spies, but it was not possible to keep the car secret. The network got pictures taken from the official brochure of the company, prepared for the premiere of the car.
Pictured on the flyer, the new Note echoes the Nissan Ariya electric crossover. He received a similar radiator grille and head optics, which are visually combined with decorative elements in the form of a boomerang. The hood of the model also became longer and the inclination of the windshield increased. At the rear of the car, new headlights can be noted, which are now horizontal and consist of two blocks. In addition, the trunk door increased in size and an inscription with the brand name appeared.
The salon was redesigned more radically, leaving almost nothing in common with its predecessor. In particular, the equipment includes a new digital instrument panel with a 7-inch screen, a modern multimedia system with a “floating” 9-inch display and a modernized central tunnel. It is also worth noting the presence of a slot for wireless charging of a smartphone and a traditional climate control system control unit. The interior is finished with new material combinations.
There is no official data on the motor range and performance yet. However, according to insiders, the hatchback will retain the previous hybrid e-Power unit, which consists of a gasoline engine and an electric motor, which produce a total of 188 or 217 hp. depending on modification. A feature of this installation is that the wheels are driven by an electric motor, and the fuel engine acts as a generator. In addition, according to rumors, the updated Note will be based on the modular CMF-B platform. As a result, it will become more compact on the outside, but more spacious on the inside.
