Nissan Kicks restyled cross debuts in JapanJune 24, 2020
Nissan showed in Japan a new variation of the Kicks cross. In May, the concern had already organized the same presentation in Thailand.
Kicks got a significantly changed front part. The V-shaped grille became larger, and the new LED headlights lengthened and got a thinner shape. There are not many innovations at the back. Behind installed a new bumper and lights with modified graphics.
The interior has not changed at all. The Japanese corporation reported the appearance of an improved infotainment complex and other dashboard.
With the update, Nissan Kicks was first equipped with a proprietary e-Power system. Cross got a 129-horsepower electric motor EM57. It is powered by a 1.57 kWh lithium-ion battery, which constantly charges the 79-horsepower engine with 1.2 liters. The drive is available exclusively front-wheel.
Sales of the updated Nissan Kicks will start on June 30 this year. The base price is 2,759,900 yen.
In addition to this, it was recently noted that the debut of the new Nissan Magnite crossover has been postponed. Initially, the novelty was planned to be shown this year.
