Nissan announced new products for the Beijing Auto ShowSeptember 7, 2020
At the Nissan stand there will be two high-profile novelties at once. Also, the Japanese brand plans to present a new intelligent ProPilot system.
The Beijing International Auto Show will start on September 26th. This motor show is eagerly awaited as it will be the first major one since the Indian auto show in early February. Global brands are preparing to present their new models and technologies. The main premiere from the Japanese brand will be the production version of the Nissan Ariya electric crossover. Recall that this model is one of the most anticipated electric cars on the market.
The second premiere of the Japanese brand will be the powerful Nissan GT-R50, which was created in partnership with Italdesign. Such a car combines power, aggression and modern style. The car was timed to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the birth of the Nissan GT-R. Finally, Nissan is introducing a new system called ProPilot. This technology includes autonomous driving on expressways.
It is already known that it will be installed on the popular X-Trail and Qashqai crossovers.
For visitors, Nissan will create a special area called Intelligent Mobility, where the brand’s latest developments will be displayed. Everyone will be able to sit on the brand’s high-tech simulator.
Meanwhile, Nissan talked about a new technology for manufacturing carbon parts. The new method has a number of advantages – the process has become much faster, and after its completion there is practically no waste.
