Nikola posted a teaser for Nikola Two truckFebruary 26, 2019
The American company Nikola plans to present its all-electric trucks in April of this year.
On April 16 and 17 of this year, a special event will be held under the name Nikola World in Scottsdale, Arizona (USA). According to representatives of the Nikola Motor Company, the show starts on the evening of the 16th, and the next day, everyone will be able to take part in demonstration rides on a Nikola Two truck, as well as on the electric NZT OHV all-terrain vehicle.
Although all the models of this American automaker initially seemed focused on the use of hydrogen as a fuel, now, it seems, the guys have discovered the benefits of electrical energy.
The company claims that its Nikola Two and Nikola Tre trucks (the European version of the model) will appear in the hydrogen and electric versions. However, the automaker’s philosophy has remained the same – hydrogen trucks will be used for long-haul transport, and all-electric should be reserved for city trips and / or long-haul trips with less weight.
The Nikola Motor Company recently tweeted: “Our CEO will announce the start of production of Nikola Two and Nikola Tre in an all-electric and hydrogen performance at the Nikola World event. You can order both trucks in the options of 500 kWh, 750 kWh and 1 MWh. ”
Trevor Milton, CEO of the American company Nikola, has posted on social networks a photo of the electric Nikola Two. He claims that the truck “will change the whole world.” An interesting way to present a concept, isn’t it?
