Nick Heidfeld became a Sky CommentatorMarch 27, 2019
Former Formula 1 driver Nick Heidfeld will try himself as a TV commentator – in Bahrain, he will join the team of the German channel Sky Sport as an expert.
Together with Ralf Schumacher, Nick will help comment on qualifying and race events.
Heidfeld, 41, has had a rather long career in motor racing: from 2000 to 2011 he spent 183 Grand Prix, he rose to the podium 13 times, and after that he performed in various other series, including WEC and Formula E .
“Before, I was just a racer,” Nick commented on this news on his Twitter page. “Now I’m kind of like an expert, as well as a brand ambassador, test driver and consultant. And recently, I also mastered Indian Bollywood dances. Perhaps it’s time to make adjustments in my biographical note. “
It is necessary to clarify that the team Mahindra, for which Nick played in Formula E, recently shot a series of funny Indian-style videos, including German racing driver. These videos have collected millions of views on Youtube, so Heidfeld has a lot to be proud of here.
