The prototype Volkswagen Tiguan takes off almost the entire camouflage and demonstrates its sporty style.

Looking much more aggressive than the current version of the model, this updated prototype Tiguan 2021 model year seems to be equipped with the R-Line package. The crossover received a sports front bumper with a large air intake over almost the entire width of the crossover, as well as with C-shaped accents and a splitter with chrome trim. In addition, in the front you can see the redesigned grille with narrower elements and a wider lower sector, which bends at the outer edges. The headlights have also been updated and now they go to the grille.

While the profile is fully carried over from its predecessor, the rear has changed slightly. The biggest update is the LED taillight kit, which now has a boomerang shape and cross-shaped accents. Below is a modified rear bumper with a simulated exhaust system with four tailpipes.

the photo spies did not get close enough to photograph the interior, but minor changes can be expected from it, including a revised upholstery and, possibly, an updated infotainment system. This will be announced when the Volkswagen Tiguan 2021 model year is introduced later this year.
