New Tesla Roadster will be brought to the Nurburgring next yearSeptember 22, 2020
Tesla chief Elon Musk said the Roadster will begin testing at the Nurburgring in 2021.
Three years have passed since the presentation of a working prototype of the Tesla Roadster. Then Musk said that sales of the model would start in 2020, but, apparently, this did not happen. The Roadster is likely to go on sale in 2022.
Although, most likely, the technical specifications of the Roadster have changed since the show of the working concept, but Tesla still notes that the novelty will be able to accelerate to the first “hundred” in less than two seconds and accelerate to a maximum of 400 km / h.
Recall that the Tesla Roadster is a 4-seater sports car. Franz von Holzhausen worked on the design of this electric car of the American brand. In turn, the previous 2008 roadster model was Tesla’s very first car.
In addition, it was recently noted that Tesla will update its most affordable electric car – Model 3. It should be emphasized that the updated modification of this electric car should receive significant external changes.
